Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SSPRODIGI Hotel Management SaaS platform ("Service") provided by SSPRODIGI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
SSPRODIGI provides a cloud-based hotel management software ("Service") designed for independent hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses. The Service includes room management, reservation handling, staff management, complaint tracking, financial reporting, and related features accessible through a web browser.
2. Account Registration and Access
- You must provide accurate, complete information when registering for the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each subscription is for a single hotel or resort property. Additional properties require separate subscriptions.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected plan period (monthly or annual).
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by SSPRODIGI.
- SSPRODIGI reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.
- Late payment may result in temporary suspension of your account.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added to your invoice.
4. Subscription Plans and Limits
- Trial Plan: Maximum 5 rooms and 3 staff members. Limited to 14 days.
- Basic Plan: Maximum 20 rooms and 10 staff members.
- Pro Plan: Maximum 100 rooms and 50 staff members.
- Enterprise Plan: Unlimited rooms and staff.
SSPRODIGI may change plan limits with reasonable notice. Exceeding plan limits will result in a prompt to upgrade.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting SSPRODIGI support.
- Upon cancellation, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- SSPRODIGI reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.
6. Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service (guest records, bookings, staff information, etc.).
- SSPRODIGI does not claim ownership of your data.
- You may request an export of your data at any time during an active subscription.
- SSPRODIGI acts as a data processor on your behalf under applicable data protection laws.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission from SSPRODIGI.
- Use the Service to process data in a way that violates applicable privacy laws.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. SSPRODIGI shall not be liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content created by SSPRODIGI, is owned by SSPRODIGI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSPRODIGI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SSPRODIGI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
